NAVI collects the minimum needed to operate: your email, the apps you connect, and the context it reads from them. Connection tokens are scoped per-app and stored encrypted.
We use your data to build your briefing, rank next actions, and draft work for your approval. We do not train models on your private data. We do not share your data across customers.
NAVI does not write to your apps without your explicit approval. It does not sell your data. It does not use your data for advertising.
You can revoke any app connection at any time. You can request deletion of your data. Contact hello@navihq.app to exercise these rights.
